Story world… yes you all are welcome here to live your fantasies. Fairies, dragons, beautiful princess stooping to suit your whims, all the toys and for that matter just anything you wish for is yours for the asking.

Anyone who wishes to enliven their dreams is invited to the luxury of this world of stories woven such as to sooth away all the worldly concerns and worries off their minds and take them with us into the innocent realm of stories.

The art of story telling is one of the oldest yet most effective arts in guiding the impressionable young minds. Thus influencing the inexperienced still arduous brains to steer on the right track and niche themselves a hopeful future.

Listening or reading stories not only broadens the horizon of little ones but also arms them to meet with the cruelest of the realities of this world in a head on manner.

Having been exposed to the most intricate facts of life prematurely children today are avert to even some of the most advanced and well planned learning methodologies implemented in their curriculum.

The job of story telling that our grandparents have been doing since ages and for that matter has also been done commendably by many authors like Prem Chand, Ruskin Bond and also foreign authors like Enid Blyton, Mark Twain, Lewis Caroll and so many of them.This blog is nothing but a drop in the ocean which has been contributed to by such legendary personalities. 

Nevertheless, it is an amateurish effort inspired by the aforementioned renowned authors in a vain hope that it shall serve to satisfy the eager readers like me who want to read more and more of short stories written in english for children by indian authors.
